Hello Downtown Roanoke friends and neighbors,

Thanks for subscribing to our Weekly Drop. We have so much fun putting these newsletters together- we learn about new events every single week, and we love sharing them with you.

This past weekend, I wandered through the Historic Roanoke City Market and came home with gorgeous flowers, veggie tamales, and a jar of peach butter that I’m already halfway through. I also popped into Serenity Treasures for a new ring and swung by the Roanoke Co‑op for a snack and a seltzer. Downtown is full of these little moments- the kind that make an ordinary Saturday feel like a mini adventure.

Delta Dental’s Party in Elmwood is turning up the volume this year with your favorite beach bands and  brand‑new The Remix* nights, designed to bring even more energy to your summer Thursdays. Same great atmosphere — just more variety on stage! 

Party in Elmwood takes place select Thursday nights from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm in Elmwood Park. Admission is $10 per person at the gate, cash only. Kids under 12 are free, with family-friendly activities provided! Food and beverages will be available for sale on-site.
