Will Terry, Operations Manager of the Downtown Ambassadors, joined our staff at this year’s International Downtown Association Conference, where attendees connected with other downtowns and ambassador programs across the country. During the conference, Will had the opportunity to engage in a variety of sessions and workshops designed to provide insights and solutions to issues facing organizations.
